Stephen holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Stephen is currently a member of the U.S. Armed Forces serving in the Army. His certification as a Health and Fitness Specialist has led him to specialize in Tactical Strength and Conditioning (TASC), and Military P.F.T. Preparation assisting his fellow soldiers to perform better in their testing and in the field. As a mountain bike enthusiast he understands the needs and requirements of Athletic Conditioning in sport. Along with this, Stephen’s expertise in Movement Analysis allows him to correctly assess a clients needs and program a plan to suit. Stephen also enjoys training youth and adolescents to succeed in their sports and learn a healthy lifestyle.
