What folks are saying about the trainers of Physique Etc. Personal Training Studio

A pleasure working with Geof, Amy and the other trainers. Geof has been patient, knowledgable and helpful as we have worked on strength training despite my bad back. He is good on nutrition, stretching and real weight work, if the client desires. The gym is comfortable, clean and very well appointed, set up for individuals and groups. I give them high marks! Just had to make a comment for those who may be visiting your site for the very first time and are considering utilizing a personal trainer. I came to Geof and Amy over 10 years ago for just a twelve week program before I got married. Needless to say, I am still there! If you are on the fence because you feel you can never get back to where you once were, or always say, "The diet begins Monday...", or I'm too old to work that hard....forget about it! A nurturing, supportive, realistic setting combined with knowledgeable, enthusiastic, PERSONAL attention is what sets this Studio apart from any other. I've enjoyed (well, mostly!!) every minute! I have been working with Geof for almost 2 years now. It has been great for many reasons, but three stand out. First, he is completely focused on what you want to achieve, not what he thinks you should do. Second, he is very sensitive to how your body responds to the workouts. He is committed to keeping you healthy on your way to achieving your goals. And third, he's just a damn nice guy and fun to work out with. That makes it a lot easier to get your butt down to the gym! I give him 6 stars on a scale of 1-5!! Phil L.

I have been training with John for over two years. He finds out what you want to do to improve yourself and sets a course for you to follow. He is very specific about every exercise that you preform making sure that you are doing it right. He is encouraging and oh so positive. It is a pleasure to know him. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants to improve themselves and get in shape.‎~Sue B.

When I started my fitness adventure with Jeff of Elevate APT, earlier this year, my A1-C (4mos. blood sugar level) was over 12 points and it should ideally be between 6 and 7 points. My total cholesterol was over 250, my triglycerides were over 200, etc.etc. Get the picture? I was not in the best of health. I am very pleased to share with all of you that my A1-C is now 8.2, my cholesterol is below normal and my triglycerides are within normal. My BP is low. To top it all off, I participated in the Susan G. Komen Walk this past Sunday and completed the 5k course, part of which was over a mile uphill. Whooooohooooo! Paula B
